This composition of 10 images was taken after a heavy rain cooled off at hot summers day on Locust Grove Mountain, Hendersonville NC. I enjoyed the purple twilight captured here as the mist rising through the mountain reminds me of a tale I heard as a boy, of souls escaping from the mountains, released at the perfect time of day to a finial resting place.
